Zochwell Group
The logo, the identity and everything the group printed — built from the ground up as it grew.
Project Overview
A long-running identity and print relationship with a Singapore-headquartered investment group active in property development across Southeast Asia. It started at the logo: the brand identity was created from scratch, then carried into everything the group put on paper — investor brochures, development collateral, presentation folders and the day-to-day brand material its offices needed, held together across territories, languages and print suppliers.
What Was Built & Delivered
- Logo and brand identity — the mark, the typographic system and the colour rules, created from scratch at the start of the relationship
- A brochure programme covering investor-facing and development titles over several years
- Presentation folders and document wallets with die-cut pockets, supplied as print-ready artwork
- A reusable collateral system so regional teams could extend the material without rebuilding layouts each time
- File preparation and print supervision handed to several suppliers across different markets
Production Stack & Tools
The precision software, design libraries, and preflight standards deployed for this engagement:
Engineering & DTP Architecture
Identity Built From the Logo
The mark, the typographic hierarchy and the colour rules were created first, then issued as templates and written specifications so regional offices could produce their own material and still look like the same company.
Brochures & Presentation Folders
Investor-facing brochures and die-cut presentation folders built as print-ready artwork, on master pages with style cascades and object libraries so repeated editions could be produced without rebuilding the grid.
Multi-Language Setting
Bilingual and translated layouts handled through separate paragraph and character styles per language, so copy could change length without breaking column breaks, orphan control or headline fits.
Handover to Multiple Suppliers
Files packaged as PDF/X-1a with type outlined and images placed at target resolution, so several print suppliers across different markets could produce consistent results from one source.
