Each order covers one video. A second video, a cut in the other orientation, or a fresh concept after the draft is a new order.
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I send?
Your logo (PNG or SVG), the texts you want on screen, any images or product shots, a screen recording if the video needs one, and a link to the site or app it is for. A rough script or a list of the points you want covered helps more than a polished one.
What sizes can I get?
Portrait or landscape, 1080p. Portrait is 1080×1920 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok; landscape is 1920×1080 for YouTube and LinkedIn. One order covers one orientation.
What about music rights?
Either you send a track you hold the rights to, or I use a licensed track and tell you which licence it comes under. No track with unclear ownership goes into a finished video.
How many revisions are included?
One round of changes after the first draft, sent as a single set of notes. Extra rounds are charged at the hourly rate. A different concept after the draft is a new order.
How do I get Visual Ideas?
Download the Windows app from Microsoft Store. It includes 10 exports per month, and optional export credit packs are purchased securely through the Store.
