Video Factory
Automated video production, built from pages that already exist.
Project Overview
A tool built to publish at volume without writing anything new each day. It takes pages that already exist — directory listings, articles, product pages — and turns them into short videos with music, then publishes them on an hourly schedule with a backlink to the source. Designed to be stood up per deployment: a client onboarding checklist covers the Firestore, Storage, Auth and Functions setup so a new instance is configuration rather than a rebuild. Tested in production and still running today for TheJetFinder (thejetfinder.com) — Private Aviation Solutions, Aircraft Sales & Acquisitions — publishing to the @TheJetFinder YouTube channel.
What Was Built
- Pipeline that converts existing pages into ~20-second clips with music and backlink
- Scheduled publishing across themed YouTube playlists on an exact hourly cadence
- Automated SEO backlinks embedded in every upload, indexed directly by Google search crawlers
- Per-deployment setup process, so a new instance is configuration rather than a rebuild
